Find Your Device's MAC Address

A MAC (Media Access Control) address is a unique identifier assigned to your device's network adapter. You may be asked to provide it for network registration, troubleshooting, or device identification.

Windows

Windows 10/11

1. Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Enter.
2. Type ipconfig /all and press Enter.
3. Locate your active network adapter:
   • Wi-Fi adapter for wireless connections
   • Ethernet adapter for wired connections
4. Find the Physical Address. This is the MAC address.

macOS

1. Click the Apple Menu > System Settings.
2. Select Network.
3. Choose your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
4. Click Details.
5. Locate the MAC Address field.

iPhone / iPad (iOS/iPadOS)

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap General > About.
3. Scroll down to Wi-Fi Address.
4. The value displayed is your device's MAC address.

Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap About Phone (or About Device).
3. Select Status or Hardware Information.
4. Locate Wi-Fi MAC Address.

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on the Android manufacturer and version.

Chromebook (ChromeOS)

1. Click the time in the lower-right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Network > Wi-Fi.
4. Select the connected network.
5. Find the MAC Address listed in the network details.
